What you Need:
– Blue Treat bags
– Brown, White, yellow, blue construction paper or Cardstock
– Glue or double sided tape
How to Make:
Step 1
Layout your Blu favor bag. These can be purchased at Dollar Tree for a 10ct for $1. Check in the Party Supply area to find them.
Step 2
Open your bag up and fold the top 2 time about 1 inch as show below.
Step 3
Open your bag and lay flat one more time. This will make it easier to glue on Eugene’s Vest
Step 4
That is it! You are Done!
