How to Make:
- Lay your orange paper favor bag flat on the table. You can purchase 12 ct from Amazon for under $4. Walmart.com has 12 count for $2. Unfortunately I have not been able to find orange paper favor bags at Dollar Tree.
2. Draw with your Thick black Sharpie the Basketball lines. You can purchase the thick sharpies at Dollar Tree or you can find them on Amazon for 2 count under $4.
