Jake and the Neverlnd Pirate Pinata
Pirate Treasure Chest Pinata
This was a fun and easy pinata for me to make. I simply took a box and shaped it into a treasure chest and covered with brown packaging paper and added black streamers to make the edging. Check out the Step by Step Treasure Chest Pinata Tutorial.
Pirate Food
We made cupcakes and drew eye patches on them with little pirate hats. We also had my famous Birthday Punch Recipe.
Pirate Tableware
At the time of my Jake and the Neverland Pirates Birthday, I used solid red and blue tableware. But I wanted to tell you about Birthdayinabox.com because here you can find a party pack of Tableware for 8ct guest of Jack and the Neverland Pirates for less than $8.
Pirate Games
Treasure Hunt
We had walk paths among a wooded area so we decided to make a treasure hunt. Don’t worry we made a treasure chest filled with candy but placed all the candy inside a gallon plastic bag so that way no bugs could get in!
Pirate Costumes
Pirate Hats
These are so simple to make. First take your Black cardstock and cut into the shape of a Pirate hat. Add red ribbon to the front. Use some gold gliter glue and outline the top of the hat. Poke holes on each side and use a pipe cleaner for the backing making it larger or smaller as needed. Check out the Step by Step Jake and the Neverland Pirate Hat tutorial.
Pirate Telescopes
Take empty water bottles and cut the bottom of the bottles off. Use brown packaging paper and cover securing with tape. Add red streamer around the bottom base and neck. Add black streamer over the red at the end and tape down. Check out the Step by Step Jake and the Neverland Pirate Telescope Tutorial.
Pirate Costume
I was given the opportunity to review a Pirate Costume and has now turned into a family tradition to dress up as the hosting family for our kids birthday parties. Above you will see my hubby and the birthday boy posing. You can find Costumes at Anytimecostumes.com
