Table Decorations
Paper Flowers in a Cup – Made from tissue paper, cups, curling ribbon, skewer sticks. These are made rather pretty easy. Fill the party area with tissue paper flowers. Use 6-8 sheets about the size of 4 inches by 6 inches of pastel purple colored tissue paper or white Tissue paper for each flower. Lay the sheets on top of each other in a pile, and fold the pile accordion-style. Tie the layers together at their centers by twisting a piece of Floral wire over the middle. Twist the remainder wire on the wooden skewer and tape. Then fluff each layer of the tissue, one at a time, to complete your flowers. Check out the remainder Paper Flower cups tutorial.
Food
Chicken Jumbo – We made a rice with chicken jumbo and served in little bowls. It was great and went over well.
Cake
Frog Prince – My sister is the cake creator not me, so I cannot take credit for this awesome cake. You can check out her tutorial on how to make the Frog Prince Cake. It’s so cute and was very delicious.
Pinata
Frog Prince – This was one of my favorite pinatas to make and only took me about an hour. Check out how I changed a box into a Frog Prince Pinata. You will need a cardboard box and green tissue paper. You will need your basics of a bungee cord and packaging tape!
Favors
Crowns – This is a simple crown to make and great to have for the boys in a Princess and the Frog Party. All you need is some well cardstock or construction paper, Glitter, Markers and pipe cleaners. Check out the Crowns Tutorial.
Tiara’s – You can’t have a princess and the frog party without Princesses. These are great to make and every little girl will enjoy them. See the Tiara Tutorial. Be creative and think of other princess Tiana party ideas you can incorporate to your Princess Frog Party.
